Summer is here and with that comes vacations or small getaways. Now that the world is open for business and traveling is back in full swing, there are a lot of people out and about so it is important that we protect ourselves the best we can. Keeping the immune system strong is the safest way to travel into public places. One simple way to keep germs at bay is to wash your hands frequently with soap, making sure to lather up for 20 seconds before rinsing.
